As teenagers, we always have something to worry about, be it academic work or summer internships. According to Film Threat and Vice, watching television is a great way to relieve stress. Be it drama, sitcoms, romcoms, adventures, musicals or thrillers; the options are endless. Between chapters of revision, monotonous lecture videos, a long stressful day, or if you find yourself scrolling through Netflix for hours and hours figuring out what to watch, here are some shows for you to relieve all that teenage stress and spend some well-deserved “you” time.
